This site has no forum. A website that is dedicated on improving users experience and benefit, this is a must. You can also watch everything from there including issues that the company experiences, complaints, etc. Scam sites typically don't have forum. They also pay above the average and balanced payrates which I think is purposedly in place as a bait for users. There's complaints against them so expect more to come

CoolClix.info - Suspected Ponzi

This website is a paid to click website that is related to or bought from ExtraZone, a website that is selling low quality PTC websites worth $15.00 and ugly aurora scripts worth $5. We have a huge doubt if their website is alone. We are suspecting that this site cycles traffic over and over again like what other scam ponzi paid to click sites do. We are also suspecting that most of the advertised sites are owned by them since most of them are from the same seller, same .info domain name, same looks, etc. Be careful from this website because my MalwareBytes Premium Edition (anti-malware) detected a multiple malicious sites and is getting blocked automatically.

GPTofRoyalties.info - Suspicious

Or a possible scam site since the last payment indicated on their payment proof page is dated May 2013. This is a good sign that the website is either abandoned, inactive or just there waiting for people to come in and bag their money. They also have the low quality 20's looks which for sure is buggy and low performing.
