There's too many problem when it comes to payment. Check this link Fine-Clix Forum. Most of them didn't get paid and some are in the pending and is waiting since April 2016 and still unresolved. No comments from administrators, none. It's not good to let your users be in vain waiting if they will get paid or not. The forum seems to be an abandoned ghost community.
LionPTC.com - Scam Site

The website is now inaccessible to users and outsiders because the homepage will welcome you with an unknown error which says "Delete install.php file for security reason please!", I'm doubtful that this is an error, you already know what I mean about that. Now, I did check their site's downtime but nope, they are live and kicking check it out here - LionPTC Down or Not. The site is already been added to the scam site list by some reviewing site so don't expect them to comeback since their reputation is already damaged.
